CosmoMeter is a portable platform designed to detect and record radiation levels during flights.
The system combines GPS and IMU sensors to monitor position, altitude, speed, and motion throughout each flight.
The project includes the development of custom electronics and 3D-printed enclosures for a compact and reliable airborne prototype.

It’s done. CosmoMeter’s first complete prototype is finished.
Where We Started
A few months ago we had a breadboard, a list of components we couldn’t source, and a tight deadline. Since then we’ve navigated supply chain issues, redesigned our signal conditioning approach, built and iterated on the enclosure, and validated the system against real radioactive materials at the CTN.
