We finished and delivered the project proposal along with the planned schedule for its development.
This week, we focused on several key tasks related to our project, such as contacting companies and scheduling interviews to gather insights into industry needs and requirements. We reviewed relevant legislation and explored existing competitor products, analyzing their features to identify gaps in the market. Based on the feedback we received, we assessed the most requested characteristics by companies and discussed the most suitable solution for our problem. To aid our interviews, we worked on a set of questions. Additionally, we began developing the project’s logo and continued working on the website.
We also started researching the appropriate materials and components, considering the required specifications and the budget we were given. Lastly, we had our weekly tutoring session with our advisor to align our progress and determine the next steps.
