My Lifestyle

I believe in the old saying  “You are what you eat”; it is important to eat good food in order to be healthy and fit. So take a good look of what you are putting in your body, you may not feel the consequences now but later in life you will. Food is essencial for the human body, so don´t be afraid of it!

For me the healthiest way to eat is by eating vegan foods (which excludes meat, eggs, dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients). Being vegan is not a diet, it is a lifestyle; it is a choice to live your life without committing the suffering of other beings; it is about feeling your best at all times and enjoying life in a different way; it is about eating until you are satisfied and not feel guilty afterwards.

Once you understand how our food is made, where it is coming from and how animals are treated in slaughterhouses, you realise how messed up the meat, dtumblr_lkozbu5lxm1qzgwqyo1_500airy and egg industry are, all they care about is their business and making money… Lots of money.

So you may be wondering what types of meals/foods do vegan people eat? Well, there are a lot of options to be honest, nowadays it is very easy to become vegan because there are so many substitutes and alternatives like for example vegan sausages, ham, hamburgers, cheeses, tofu scramble, hot dogs, ice cream and much more! Although these foods are a bit processed, they taste amazing and are much healthier than the real deal. So  give them a go! If you start eating meals that are rich in grains, legumes, beans, lentils, vegetables, and fruits you will feel energised, your digestion is going to become much better and you will feel and look healthier and happier.
