Do you need motivation? Why do you not try starting to practise a sport? It is undoubtedly one of the best ways to achieve it!

What are the reasons for not having already begun? Sport teaches us rules, techniques, how to adapting to new situations, increases cognitive abilities, develops our autonomy as well as teamwork and the ability to intervene socially, among many other benefits.

Sport challenges us regularly, puts us out of our comfort zone, “compels us” to set goals and strive to achieve them. In the end, you will see that your academic or professional income will increase substantially, mainly due to your increased confidence.

Each day challenge yourself within practise; there are fewer things more rewarding and more motivating than being able to say that you have done something for the very first time, or done something better than you ever have before.
