MEETING
Group Meeting to discuss the current state of the project and upcoming delivery
On May 27th, our team gathered for a meeting to review our recent progress and align our creative direction for the project’s final deliverables.
During the meeting, we held a discussion to brainstorm and define a fitting acronym for the project. We also exchanged images and shared ideas regarding the content and layout to be incorporated into our upcoming video and poster presentations. Additionally, we had a practical demonstration showcasing the operation of the camera, specifically focusing on its ability to effectively detect smoke and fire.
By the end of the meeting, the team was aligned on the visual direction for our media materials and had a clear understanding of the camera’s current detection capabilities.
Next Steps
- Finalize the official project acronym;
- Begin integrating the selected images and ideas into the video and poster designs;
- Continue testing and refining the camera’s smoke and fire detection system;
- Prepare the finalized materials for the upcoming delivery.
