I am a Computer Science and Engineering PhD Student at Instituto Superior Técnico, ULisbon. My research interests include Human-Computer Interaction and
Medical UI/UX. Currently, I focus on the challenges posed by Multidisciplinary Team Meetings scenarios, where
a group of healthcare professionals is responsible for deciding on the best course of treatment for oncologic patients.
I hold an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, where I focused on medical imaging processing.

As a researcher, I have been an author/co-author of works published in a number a venues, including conferences such as ACM's CHI, IEEE VR and MICCAI, and journals such as the Journal of Biomedical Informatics, the Internation Journal of Medical Informatics and Computers & Graphics.
