Over the past few weeks, our team entered the exam
season, which meant putting our research and development efforts temporarily on hold. With
academic priorities taking the lead, we collectively took a step back from active implementation
to focus on our individual responsibilities. This pause, although challenging, gave us a necessary
break to reflect on the progress so far and recharge for the next phase of the
project.
Itβs important to acknowledge that a project of this scale demands a significant
portion of our time and energy throughout the semester. Balancing it with a full academic schedule
β particularly during periods of heavy coursework and assessments β has proven to be extremely
difficult. The intensity and complexity of both commitments are not easily reconcilable, which
often forces us to make tough decisions about where to allocate our focus.
During this
quieter period, we turned our attention to planning and defining our next steps. We began drafting
a clear timeline for upcoming tasks, setting new short-term goals, and identifying key milestones
for the months ahead. This internal alignment is essential to ensure that once we resume full
activity, we do so with clarity, purpose, and renewed energy.
