As we get closer to our final presentation, Week 12
was focused on refinement, finalization, and physical preparation. Every part of the project —
from software to communication materials and hardware — saw meaningful progress this week.
We continued improving the interactive web
application that will support our live demo.
Several adjustments were made to
improve the user experience and reliability of the interface.
The webapp is now much closer to
its final form, with improved synchronization and responsiveness between the drones and the admin
dashboard.
These changes will make it easier for audiences to visualize the system’s behavior
in real-time.
This week we presented the poster for the
first time in an internal setting.
The structure and content were reviewed, and
feedback was gathered to refine specific elements.
Diagrams, highlights, and visual flow were
adjusted to improve clarity and impact.
The poster is now in a near-final state, ready for
public display during the final presentation.

the final presentation.
On the technical side, we finalized the
communication algorithm and began testing it in real conditions.
These tests
focused on swarm coordination, message reliability, and system stability.
Results so far have
been promising, and we’ll continue refining parameters to optimize performance before the big
day.
To complement the digital components of our
presentation, we explored options for a physical mockup of the drone system.
Several design ideas were considered, and we chose a solution that best represents our setup
while remaining feasible to produce.
We used the iStartLab's 3D printers to bring the mockup to
life, allowing us to present a tangible representation of our work during the demo.
