This week was about connection, in both senses of the word. On the hardware front, we moved the prototype onto its first breadboard assembly and tested the Bluetooth link between the band and the phone, the moment a loose collection of sensors started behaving like one wearable device talking to an app. On the software front, the mobile application took real steps forward: we refined the user interface so the cognitive tasks feel effortless to run, and began building the backend that lets the app communicate with our server. By the end of the week, data was moving from the sensors to the screen.
