Personal experience: Have you ever experienced an episode of acute stress in the context of your work? If so, how long did it take to feel a full recovery?
I experience these kinds of episodes very often, and how long recovery takes always depends a lot on the case. It has happened both that I return to normal the next day, and that it takes much longer.
When you feel stressed, what strategies do you usually turn to?
I usually try to rest a lot. When that doesn’t work, I really have to step away from the environment that is driving that state.
Would you feel comfortable using a wearable such as a band while carrying out your work?
I’ve never used a band like that, it just never came up. But the idea has caught my attention, for sleep monitoring for example.
How do you see the prospect of getting a weekly report of your psychological activity in terms of focus and stress? Would it be a good complement, or just a useless feature?
The idea of the report is interesting; I’d like to see it.
