The meeting began with a brief presentation of the project by its members, as well as an explanation of the professor’s role as our advisor.
This was followed by the professor’s explanation of the methods that can be used to identify sleep stages:

The importance of heart rate variability and its spectral analysis: low and high-frequency components and the LF/HF ratio.

The use of autoregressive models with actigraphy as a new possibility for the team to explore.
Although no follow-up meeting was scheduled, the professor committed to assisting us in the implementation of the Sleep Stage Identifier.
