3D Body Design Prototype

Blog Image

Yesterday, we took another important step in the development of our project by starting the 3D printing process of our very first physical prototype.

At this stage, the design is still subject to future modifications and improvements, as our main objective for now was to better understand how the enclosure looks visually and whether the current structure is practical for real-world usage.

In the image, it is possible to observe the main body of the enclosure, which already includes an internal dividing plate designed to separate the breadboard and electronic components from the battery compartment. The dividing structure also contains open sections that allow wires, sensor connections, and additional components to pass through the enclosure more efficiently.

This first prototype will help us identify where additional openings or structural adjustments may still be necessary, whether for specific sensors, cable management, ventilation, or dedicated input and output connections before moving on to more refined versions of the design.
