I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Computer and Robot Vision Laboratory part of the Institute for Systems and Robotics in Lisbon, Portugal.

I obtained a PhD in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa in December 2013 under the supervision of Dr. Andreas Wichert.

My research interests are biologically motivated vision and machine learning.
