Plots, as a grid, fraction defectives (or "nonconforming") for a Gaussian process, (μ, σ), subject to lower and upper specification limits, (L, U). Ranges of μ and σ are explored, with the fraction defectives plotted (via the 'gnuplot' splot directive) as a grid (or mesh) graph.
