Yes!! You just need to create a Twitter account!
Its very easy!! Just go to Twitter.com, “Sign Up”, choose an easy-to-remember username and provide a phone or an email, and follow the instructions. Don’t forget a short biography - something like UberProfessor @istecnico @FC_UL SuperGandalf @cqe_lisboa.

Hashtags are… simple keywords of phrases that start with a cardinal (#). For example, #CQEDays2020 and #MommasKitchen are both hashtags. Just remember - NO spaces, NO punctuation. And PLEASE include them in your Tweets. They are like those annoying multi-coloured tags we use to mark pages on a book so we can quickly get there.
